Smith's Rapid Edge Sharpening is pleased to be a Registered Provider of continuing education for the Renewal of Texas Cosmetology License

After September 1, 2006  and until September 1,2008 all Cosmetologist will be required to have 12 hours of continuing education ,by a Registered Provider, for the purpose of License Renewal.  Four hours will be in Sanitation.  The hours will be good for 24 months or until the license is renewed.  After September 1,2008 only six hours of continuing education will be required to renew Texas Cosmetology License. 

The Texas Cosmetology Commission is now a part of Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations  TDLR is presently reorganizing the Cosmetology department.  We are registered with TDLR (provider #1155) http://www.license.state.tx.us to provide  classes, until July 2009.  This is the third year we have been registered to teach CCE classes.
